Need help with this game idea read inside for more

what we need for sure is Someone who knows how to make free websites, and nows how to design em and put them together.
A few artist to draw designs for the site and character designs(send in stuff so we can figure it out)
A few trusted people who can be Admins
Moderators
people who could do animations possibly.
and Ideas for designs which will be copyrighted you.
Basically we will have a few sections to the website
Homepage,Adoption page, Pet pages,Past Pets,Pounds,and User Adoptions,
then a forum that will have sections for roleplaying,art auctioning for pets, pet trades,adoptables,adoptables for other sites,questions about the site, as well as a contest page for future possible designs and stuff :3 ect..
I wanna get this done by the end of this year or early next year depending how much help I could get with it.
I think all the pets should grow after a certain amount of days, and no dieing of course, but they can be fed or something? Also we should design clothes and stuff for them to dress up in.

OK, I know it's not the best,but I think it's good except for the word
"SOURCE" and the transition between the picture of esperanza and the
background. otherwise, I hope you like it:D (by the way, i used
spirit cuz i didnt know what your site would be looking like) |
