Considering you don't/didn't own the horses, as has been said, no you cannot make them into characters. You should make your own. You'll probably have more fun and it's more creative.

I dont think you are People have made real life horses on here and they have been deactivated, Im not a mod but I think you may be allowed to make one 'based' on a famous horse, like design and gender and such and make your own story for it but yeah, you not allowed to create the famous horses |
