It is allowed to make characters of famous horses like zenyatta but editing the bio a little bit 

DracoConsidering you don't/didn't own the horses, as has been said, no you cannot make them into characters. You should make your own. You'll probably have more fun and it's more creative.

Since they are no way historicaly related to the movie (unlike characters on Balto Source based on real Serum Run dogs) - nope.

I dont think you are People have made real life horses on here and they have been deactivated, Im not a mod but I think you may be allowed to make one 'based' on a famous horse, like design and gender and such and make your own story for it but yeah, you not allowed to create the famous horses
