Also, me being horse vet I know there is an uncountable number of horse breeds you can play with!, you can also check out pictures of arabian horses, pictures of Thoroughbreds or pictures of purebreed spanish horses... you can just seek for images of horses, SURELY you can add a few touches that make it look like the breed you want to make, IT'S EASY! you want a Thoroughbreed? oh wait they are longlined (they're long in bodyshape) they're eumetric (horse height they measure around 1'65, they can be taller) their head is small and large to the body they have, their croup is rounded and high, their tail "borns" lowly, they have "hound belly shape" their legs are musculated and long, and their back is also long and oblique, which makes it the "perfect racing horse"

However, you, Flight, were very rude now and you insulted me directly.
No one bawwed when Natti did her image on BS or when she was poiting out "clones" on BS. Seeing how you all butthurted over this little thing doesn't make you look neither mature or nice.
You could agree, disagree (like Beth) or leave but instead you decided to create dama over this and blame me like the image was a real flame baiting directed at you.

Troll: I appreciate what you're saying that most mares here have the same body shape as Rain, just like more stallions here have the same body shape as Spirit. To a certain degree that's due to the available screenshots to render from. When most people want a feminine mare, they use Rain's renders. Not everyone can alter renders to make Spirit look more feminine or Rain more masculine, so most people use renders from the same sex character. Esperanza's renders are also a little awkward because she has a noticeably bigger belly, and again many people don't want their 5 year old mare to look older or pregnant. As for the the other 3 examples you gave, they're also altered renders, not exact renders, and again this is more difficult for most people. Now I'm not suggesting that just because it's difficult people shouldn't try, but I also believe that art is about making you and other people happy. If it makes people happy to use Rain's renders for their mares, why shouldn't they?

I know there are other horses in the film to render from. For example, there's Granite, the cowboys' horses, the cavalry horses and the Cimarron Mares. But when they have less screentime than the main characters such as Spirit and Rain it's harder to find a screenshot to render in the pose you want. If you'd like people to use other body shapes for their mares, perhaps you could make more free linearts like this? I'm sure many people would appreciate them.

To everyone else: I appreciate that you're upset, and I agree with your premise. But Troll is equally entitled to her opinion. If you don't think she's said it in necessarily the right words it may be better to PM her rather than commenting on an open forum, or it might turn into a flame war.
