I am leaving Spirit Source.
For 10 years now I have been battling clinical depression, and in the last few months it has been worse than it's been for many years. I have finally realised that Animation Source is not making my mental problems any better; in fact, it's making them worse. So, for my own health, it is time I left.
I have held off leaving for many months now, primarily because I have nowhere else to go. You will not find me on deviantART, Chicken Smoothie or any similar websites. Maybe someday I will find somewhere else to post my art and creations, but this is no longer that place.
I will give out all my adoptables to people who shows an interest in them. Some of my characters I may also give to people who they mean something to. Please do not ask. Most of my characters I will keep and hopefully use again some day. The rest I will offer to people connected to them.

Hi Beth, it's me again. It's really quiet here on the Spirit Source, I
know everyone is probably living their real lives and enjoying real
life friends, but sometimes I really miss the old days here. So sorry
for bothering you, but you were one of my favourite accounts here back
in those days. I just wanted to let you know that I've been using some
of your designs (which you've done for the Spirit of the West book
characters) to create art (you can find them in my gallery), which
I've also shared on my Instagram account (@spirit.homeland). I wanted
to let you know that your designs are really popular, everyone is
loving them, and I know several artists have been using your designs
since I shared them on Instagram! There's also this super talented
artist, AdragaSky Studios (@adragasky.studios), who does SPIRIT
customs on Breyer molds, and she even used your Alma design on a
Stablemate! Just wanted to let you know that your spirit lives on in

Hi Beth. I've been away from Spirit Source for a very long time,
because of some personal problems. I came back today and I'm very
sorry to hear you left this site. I have no idea if you'll ever read
this, but I just want to thank you for being a member of the site. You
were one of the persons that made me feel very comfortable and home
here on the site when I just arrived. Thank you for that, I had a
lovely time. I really hope you can sort things out in your own life
and that you will be feeling better soon. I really hope to see you
again on SS in the future, when you're feeling better. Good luck with
your life and thank you for being here! |
