Of all things found or dump or crashed in the Cape Suzette harbor, not including Karny’s lazar gun or the whole city of Panda la, shouldn’t there be a clean up crew or a pollution alert?

I think there is a cleaning crew, after all, one of the things that
ended up in the water was the Sea Duck after crashing into the
Lightning Gun. And yet, Rebecca was able to retrieve it and have it
restored. |
