I'm afraid not. Disney stopped all their Disney Afternoon DVD releases at the same time (2007), and none of them is complete.

But never say never : they may release them digitally on Itunes for example, or do a "DVD on demand" service like some other companies like Nickelodeon.

For now, the best way to ensure we get these last 11 episodes in good quality is to...buy the Boom Studios comics! (Darkwing Duck and Rescue Rangers) If they keep making good sales, maybe we'll get TaleSpin comics and maybe Disney will notice there is a demand!
