Does anyone which animation studio animated the Title Screen (The Original and International Version) and its differences?

I had asked Jymn about a promotional footage that explains the parts of the intro that aren't taken from any episodes. / [...] nal_footage/221.html&nump=1338 Though I thought he said that this was animated internally (but can't find that in his answer?) I think the logo may have been animated in Disney's own american staff because the style doesn't match any of the companies who worked on it. (except maybe the Japan staff?)
