Name: Husk
Goes by: Husk
Age: Two and Half Years
Gender: Buck
Species: Rabbit
Breed: Harlequin
Appearence: He's got a black and orange color pattern, typical for Harlequin rabbits.
Voice: Vincent Cassel
Likes: Watership Down, his duty as a sentry, talking
Dislikes: rude individuals, but for the most part, he doesn't realy dislike much
Personality: Husk is friendly and easygoing. He loves to talk and talk, sometimes not knowing when he's being annoying. Things in the wild fascinate him, and for a while he was a bit ignorant about elil, almost leading him into the mouth of a weasel. After he learned he became quite the protective and mindful rabbit.
He's quite observant of his surroundings. When he was planning how to escape the cage he memorized the door's pattern, when and how it was opened. He also found quite a few hiding places out of human reach around the room if he wasn't able to get to the door right away. He makes such a good sentry due to the fact that he's talked to all kinds of animals, and has been around man. He knows which humans are hunters and which are just commonfolk taking a stroll through the countryside.

History:
Husk is a purebred harlequin. His parents were prize winning show rabbits that had hailed all the way from France. He was the runt of the litter, but his siblings didn't treat him any different, or for that matter, see him as any different, despite being a bit smaller than the rest. However, due to being a runt the breeder didn't think he'd be a particularly good show rabbit, and gifted him to a friend.
This friend of the breeder's was a schoolteacher. She'd wanted Husk to be the class pet. Husk didn't mind her, as she was always quite gentle with him, but he didn't appreciate being handled by children. He spent most of his days in a cage. He'd talk to the other class pet in the cage next to him, a hamster. Even that was difficult though, as the hamster's language was a very broken lapine. He eventually began looking for a way out. Lucky for him, on day, a child forgot to fasten the latch on his cage properly. He offered to free the hamster too, whom declined. He hid for a while, and then the second the door opened he bolted.
He didn't quite know what to do with his freedom once he got it. He spent the first few days wandering around the countryside talking to all kinds of animals; cows, squirrels, mice, even hares. He then began to seek out wild rabbits.
He found his way to Watership Down and he was taken to see the chief. He told them all about his adventures, to which the rabbits were quite fascinated by. He politely asked to join and learn the ways of wild rabbits. "I'm afraid yo've come at a very bad time my friend," Hazel-rah told him. "But you don't seem to be a threat of any kind. I for one would be delighted to let you join."
After the war between Watership Down and Efrafra, he was appointed as a sentry. He was brilliant at it, the best the down had ever seen.
