History: From a young age , Del`s favorite hobby was to gamble for money and fame with his fellow pals . Del was unhappy living with his family because they were so poor , until one day when he wanted to run away from home in Baton Rouge , his younger sister , Flo joined along with him . On their way to New Orleans , Flo finds a group of puppies in a basket at a back ally , Del wasn`t pleased since he wanted to get rich , so they find a abandoned house where Flo wanted to stay and take care of the pups so he left her and jouneryed on his own . He finds a tramp name , Tucker living on the streets , Del gives advice to Tucker that he should do his own bussiness , so he and Tucker became bussiness partners and opened a bar just near Charlie`s and Carface`s Rat Race . Their bussiness grew bigger than the Rat Race and Carface wasn`t pleased so he beats Del and Tucker to bits and burns their bar down to ashes . They lived at the streets again until they meet Archibald , a German Shepard from the future , who asks them where he can find Charlie . Del and Tucker take them to Charlie`s to introduces him to Archibald . Then once again they help Ichy and Charlie bulid his bar to make profit . While playing Poker with Archibald , he meets a border collie name Charlotte , who fancys him , they fall in love and buy a apartment . While Charlie`s Place get burned down he wants to save Tucker but he wants to save the bar for everyone`s sake and dies .  Del and Archibald grief badly and rush for Ichy`s help . After finding Annie - Marie with Killer , Archibald tells Del that he`s a spirit and that he only went back in time because to keep a eye on Charlie . He tells Del that they will meet again in a another life someday . 

   After Archibald`s and Charlie`s deapture , he get murdered by Carface`s remaining henchmen , leaving Charlotte and Flo to care for his pups , Sullivian and Del Jr . He joins along with Archibald and Tucker to San Fransico .
