I think that it's because wolves' eyes really do glow in the dark, but it's possible that the animators could have wanted to show some connection between Aleu and the wolf pack.

Draco--Well, yes, but it's still strange, right? I have a cat and I've seen his eyes glow multiple times, and only his pupil glows. The rest remains the same. But then, this is just a cartoon, so...well I'll stop there.

Animals' eyes reflect light, that's basically trying to be shown in the last two, even if there's no light source. The one with Aleu is to show her having that vision, zoning out if you will. Because I think in that scene with her it's daylight, right? And night the others. It's probably also to show that they can see in the dark or something.

Hmm, I've noticed, but I've never THOUGHT much of it. Intresting you pointed that out. I think that they made the pack's glowing eyes for a cool effect, not to be like Aleu. Nice find.
