Personality: Playful and very energetic, with an incurable wanderlust and an overwhelming curiosity.  Has a penchant for mischief and getting herself into tight spots and sometimes even worse trouble.  Can be remarkably stubborn and somewhat moody.  Can be resentful of being confined to the limitations and expectations of adult dogs and of humans.

Relation To Balto universe: Is one of the daughters of Balto and Jenna's son Dingo.  She was kept by Dingo's owner, and shares his outdoor kennel with him (but is also permitted in the house with her father quite frequently).

Story: Belle is one of the daughters of Dingo, who is a son of Balto and Jenna, and a black and white Siberian Husky named Hanna.  She has been adopted by Dingo’s owner, and lives in the family home and kennel with her father.

Belle is an often unruly and temperamental puppy, who dislikes following the rules and expectations laid down by older dogs and even humans.  She tends to get into a good deal of mischief, which also sometimes lands her into trouble (sometimes dangerous trouble).  She can be moody and, occasionally, argumentative, but she does love her family and her human family, and does try to do the right things even when she ends up doing just the opposite.

She desperately wants to be on a sled team just like her uncle Kodi, and her grandfather Balto, and she is always encouraging them to allow her to be involved.  So far, she has had to be satisfied with stories and one-on-one training with her uncle and her grandfather, and bide her time. 

From her owner’s kennel, she has a perfect view of teams departing for other parts of Alaska, and barks and howls at the departing and returning teams in anticipation of one day living the life.
