This movie took place a while ago did they have lightbulbs??? questions......

uh..id think cuz it wuz a cartoon and they dont care enough to make it percise.

A. It's a cartoon...they weren't thinking of scientific reality.

B. I have been in very cold locations...they still use light bulbs, and those bulbs are not cracking or exploding all the time. In fact, they so seldom do that it is not worth mentioning.

Glass in the light-bulb would crack in that cold! XD

Thats something that happens in all talking dog movies. We're led to believe that dogs just happen to know how to understand English and know how to operate machinery, they just don't do it in front of us.

Its one of those things where, its a cartoon, and it does not matter because it has nothing to do with the plot anyway xD

But since you asked, maybe someone left it outside because no one wanted it anymore.
