Good traits: Sula is a very positive dog. She's also very playful, funny, and an all-around sweet girl. Wouldn't hurt a fly. She's very graceful and compassionate. She's bubbly and has a lot of love to give. She's very close-knit to her family. She's good to talk to. There's never a dull moment with her and her amazingly big imagination. 
Bad traits: Sula has a hard time understanding even basic things. She has a short attention span and has ADD, needing to be doing something at all times. She can get easily upset, due to her slower nature. And if she gets into an argument, she can hold grudges. Also can be kind of catty at times. She also will spread lots of rumors if she really doesn't like someone.
How they express happiness: Sula is notorious for expressing this emotion at mainly all times. She'll bark, wag her tail and butt, will howl-yodel, and will even jump around. She'll also talk quicker, causing her speech to get all jumbled.
How they express anger: She can't really express anger. At most, she'll squint, put her nose to the air, and huff. Occasionally, she'll stutter and make distressed noises. But amazingly, she's never cussed once in her life.
How they express sadness: Usually, her eyes are bigger or more glossed over as well as her ears drooping. She doesn't really like talking about her problems, but when she does, she'll spill everything and probably cry and be overdramatic. It doesn't take much to make her happy again though. You'll probably be able to change the subject then she'll be back to "!!!" mode as always.
How they express fear: Because of how small and frail she is, she's an easily spooked dog. She's horrified of loud noises, in which she'll dart away and hide behind things.

Backstory

Born to Star and Dixie as the last born pup. She had a fun childhood with a happy, energetic father and siblings. Sula was a daddy's girl, and she admired him. He was the lead dog of a sled team, after all! That was exciting for her. However, when the day of the adoption came, Sula didn't want to go. But she had to. She was adopted by a musher. Neither pup nor human knew what to expect, and hoped for the best.

Sledding was probably the worst career choice for Sula, as she was very small for sledding. Her father remained proud though, no matter what. But unfortunately, after having too much loses in sledding, the musher had gotten angry with this and had auctioned off Sula. 

Unfortunately, the highest bid was a puppy mill. Sula had been used as a breeding dog for a few years of her life. She never got to see the pups, and she feared the worst for them. She wasn't fed a lot of times, and starved if she hadn't carried a litter. But on the good side, a sled team came by and found the puppy mill. Outraged, the musher had told the police about it. The puppy mill was closed down and the dogs were all adopted out to homes. Sula was put in a shelter where she was adopted coincidentally by Star's owner. She wasn't used as a sled dog, but as a pet, which she was quite content with. Sula occasionally goes to visit her siblings and make friends. After some time of being social in Nome, Sula began to be closer friends with her siblings. Her favorites being Zeus and Vanilla. Zeus was a fun, theatrical type which Sula loved, and Vanilla was a gossiper like their mother. One day, while hanging out with Vanilla and watching a race, a red wolfdog plowed through the finish line with his team. Sula wasn't interested in many others unlike Vanilla, but this one stood out to her. He wasn't proud of racing, unlike many other cocky sled dogs. After approaching him just for a greeting and a congratulations, other fan dogs swarmed the team and flirted with the team. Sula waited for a chance to speak to the wolfdog named Hudson. She ended up brightening his day, just by talking to him. He said he'd be back and racing through Nome again. She was always there to talk to him after the race, and she eventually followed him home a couple of times. The two developed feelings for each other and eventually became a couple. They kept it quiet though, due to the pressuring sled team and possibly angered fan dogs.
