Personality: Yahto is a spitting image of his father: He's noble and kind, with a heart of gold and he always defends those who need it. He is extremely protective towards his siblings, sometimes he acts a little overprotective but that's only because he wants what's best for them. Yahto has a taste for adventure and enjoys a good thrill every now and then, he tries to live life at it's fullest and like every day could be his last. Yahto is a brave young wolf who fears almost nothing, except loosing the ones he loves and he never hesitates to stand up for what he believes in. Like his mother, he has a long temper and it takes a lot to get him snap at you, but when he does, it's usually for a perfectly good reason.

History: Yahto was the oldest in James and Luna's litter of five pups, and from a very early age he knew his responsibilites as the oldest son. He was always protecting his younger siblings from getting bullied or anything else or if they were in trouble, it was always Yahto who had to come to the rescue. Yahto was close to all his siblings, but he developed the strongest bond with his youngest brother, Nanuq, who was somewhat the runt of the litter and not only the youngest, but also the weakest and had a very low self esteem. Yahto always cheered him up and lifted up his spirits, and at the times he wasn't around his brothers and sisters he was with James, who took him for walks in the forest and taught him all the important things about life in general. His mother, Luna taught him that with a little patience and not loosing your temper over small things you'd get pretty far, and Yahto learned to appreciate life and decided to live like every day was his last. So, in general, Yahto had a pretty happy childhood, BUT things started to take an unexcpected turn when he and his siblings were growing up. Yahto noticed a major change in one of his sisters, Fatin, who had grown somewhat power hungry and would not be satisfied at all in the rank they were in. He grew very worried, and feared Fatin would end up in very bad ways and tried to talk to her several times, and of course she acted like she had no idea what he was talking about. For now, Yahto just decided to let it be, but he still kept a close eye on Fatin and who she hung around. And for quite a while, things were pretty normal, until one faithful day when Yahto and Nanuq had been assigned to a hunt. They were chasing caribou, when a grizzly bear appeared and killed the caribou they were after. Yahto told his brother to back away and leave the caribou, that they'd be no match for the bear, but Nanuq was furious at the grizzly for stealing their kill, and attacked him. Yahto of course went for his brother's help, only to be struck on the back by the bear's massive claws. He fell on the ground, hearing Nanuq calling his name, and knew what he'd have to do in order to save his brother;Yahto raised himself on his shaking feet, blood falling from his back, he told Nanuq to run, then took off making the bear follow him, running all the way to a high ledge. Yahto used his last remaining strength to attack the bear, sinking his teeth into his snout and making him stand on his back feet, backing towards the gorge. The bear lost his balance and fell over the edge to the deep gorge - taking the already badly hurt Yahto with him. The last thing he could hear was his brother's desperate cries and calling his name, and then there was only darkness. But was he dead?
