The "Balto Special Edition DVD/Bluray" petition, started more than 3 years ago, is finally closed!
It has gathered around 1600 signatures (which is more or less what the old petition gathered too...) The goal was 2000 but I think it's been going on for too long already.
Now, we need to deliver it. As it "worked" for the previous petition, I think I will need someone living in the USA who would print the signatures and send them to Universal as a regular mail. (NOT email) Would anyone be able to do that?

 I guess random spam signatures count too.  Someone should
edit that out or they are even less likely to take it seriously. |

Moxy => Do you often see anything related to Balto in your every day
life? No. That's because Universal hasn't done anything for this
franchise in 6 years. (Balto 3 was released in 2004) That's what I call overlooked. |

I don't get why it says Balto is an overlooked animation film. It's
