I have worked on making a new "report" system. Basically, the system we used until now was merely links to PM the mods in case of a problem.
Now I have made something more sophisticated, a bit like what's already on the forums, which should help maintaining the site a LOT more efficiently. I really think this is something that was greatly missing.

So, if you see a problem on the site, an insult message for example : just click the little "!" icon next to the message and enter the reason of the report. It will be sent to the "report page" on the moderation panel,
and mods will be able to read the problem and go directly to the page where it is. They will decide what to do, act (or not! depends on the situation) and they will explain what they've done, so that you can get a message back telling you that the problem has been resolved.
All of the communications stay between the mods and the member who reported the problem.

There are links to reports everywhere on the site (well, everywhere where members can post or send things, actually...)
Don't see this as a way to make everything more stricter though : this doesn't change the rules, and actually it could even help making the rules lighter because we wouldn't have to be too much precise about everything. Because there can't be a general rule for everything and some things should be examinated case by case...
