Humm, I have hadn't thought about it... but you're right, all here should be related to Balto.

So why does it ask, when you creat a char, "is Balto related" and "not Balto related" if then they are going to desactivate it if they are no related? it shouldn't have both options then. The same happens with the drawings, every 10 pics without a Balto's char, it has to be one related with the film.

It's usually like that. The book (or in this case manga) being better than the movie/anime.

These people can firebend earthbend airbend (in the manga there's also waterbending, but it hasn't been introduced in the anime due to the fact that they choose not to continue because The writer died. [But I think they could've continued, maybe just use the manga as a guide?]) But it's called (example) fire magic.
Anyway it's about this (really fine looking x3) boy called Kazuma, who comes from a family of fire magic users. But when he was sixteen he battled his twelve year old cousin Ayano (who I'm not quite found of, she's sort of in a similar situation that Katara is in in my liking list of characters I have, one for each show.) to see who would inherit Enraiha (a sword) he lost quite badly. Ashamed of his own son, his father disowned him saying he only has one son, his younger brother Ren, called Kazuma an embarrassment to the family since he wasn't good at fire magic. To the Kannagi family, it's pretty safe to say I guess that power is everything. And so, he kicked him out.
But after four years he comes back but is a magic user, has a new name, & grudge against the Kannagi's. (I say Kannagi's in my previous sentence because he claims to not have a family [anymore].)
Some other magic user starts killing off members of the Kannagi family & blame Kazuma, because they know of his grudge. Eventually they listen to him & find out who it really is. After this adventure, he has more with The new heir for the head of the Kannagi family and inherenter of Enraiha Ayano, and his younger brother Ren.
