hello, im new and don't know much about the site, and not about it uses, i would like to know if we could use programs like quarkxpress or indesign to make our chars profiles and then upload them to the site, i am not very used to the text form in the character making place,

Quark It's more like a layout maker , used to design contracts , pages of magazines , books ... I would rather use open office or word to make it then copy and paste , I don't think You'd be able to use certain aplications and options off QuarkXpress or adobe InDesign in a text editor being themselves layout makers

I'm not sure what you mean. Is it text or an image? I'm not sure you can copy text from a program and paste it in.

what i want to know is, how to copy and paste, quark is not a text typer is a maquetation program, and from a word program you can copy paste but how to do it? is it posible?
