I can see some characters that are made by people who don't have accounts here anymore, but their characters are still on the site and people are still using them. Aren't characters and all the stuff removed together with account? O_o

yep! all of my characters from my old account are still here. i plan on making an image of them!

If a characters owner name is not there then the owner has left the site and not deleted that character.If the character is not deleted then it is still allowed for anyone to draw or render that character as long as they have the permission to do so.

if someone has quit the site, the character and fanart etc will still be there, unless they delete it aswell
