Personality:

Not a doe who likes to be ordered around or being viewed as a prize to win – she’s got a mind of her own, and she shows it. She can be really polite, friendly and caring, but also bossy and headstrong. She may very well risk everything to save someone or cheer someone up, but may also be selfish and egocentric. But most of the time, she’s her good self, being helpful and smiling. Her bad sides come out when she has a bad day or is simply put in a bad mood by something. She’s also a very spunky, bold doe, but isn’t careless enough to not realize danger when she senses it.

She, like, let’s be honest, most girls likes gossiping or talking behind other animals’ backs. Mostly not out of evil intentions, but just because she enjoys telling others about how much a person sucks in her opinion.

Not a particularly aggressive doe, can even be very patient, but may be violent if necessary to save herself or someone else.

History:

Aster was born one year before her younger brother Yury. Although she turned out to have a deeper red pelt than her brother, she still found it hard to fit in. She looked very unusual with those colors, the stripes on her legs and the tufts of fur on her ears. Although she did find a few friends, some fawns still harassed her for it.

When she was younger, she tried really hard to fit in, she would have done anything to be as popular as the other pretty doe fawns and have so many friends. But eventually, she stopped trying. She started just doing her thing, not caring if she was hurting others or not.

To her friends, she was still loyal and caring, but towards her foes and the fawns that has harassed her, she was kind of mean and very bossy, and she loved gossiping and talking behind their backs.

When she was a year old, her younger brother Yury was born, and she adored him from the moment she saw him. She loved spending time with him and always tried to protect him when the other fawns made fun of him. It didn’t always work, but she tried, anyway.

She continued to grow up in her herd and by the next rut, she had grown into a quite pretty young doe. She, however, avoided being bred by any of the bucks. They were handsome and she loved watching them fight and flirt with them, but she hated being seen a prize. She liked them, but she didn’t love any of them.

It was the same with the next rut, when she was already over 2 years old. But in this year, she also didn’t get a chance to mate.
Her herd was attacked one autumn morning. She managed to flee, past shot and captured deer. She ran deep into the forest and hid in the undergrowth, her breath ragged with fear the whole time. When she came out at night to check the area where her herd had stayed, she found no sign of her family or friends.

Devastated, she wandered off, the urge to find a new herd driving her forward. While she was wandering, she reunited with a few deer from her old herd who had also managed to escape and had shattered in all direction.

It isn't known under which circumstances exactly, but she happened to meet a buck named Ronno, who had left his herd to train and fight against some new bucks. As time passed, they both grew to like each other, although they argued a lot in the beginning. 

She stayed with him when he returned back home.

Somewhen, she also met up again with her brother Yury. They were both delighted and overjoyed to see each other again, given they had both been believing the other to be dead. The siblings exchanged their stories, and stayed closely together for a few days.
