Personality: He is a touge one and enjoys taking on challengers, So he loves competition and winning more then anything. On the upside he is a romantic and does love trying to charm his mate although it proves to be abit harder then he would like. Cauis use to be a loner and enjoyed his solace life alone but that changed after he met Taifa and now he enjoys leading a large caribou herd with his mate.

History: Caius was raised by a strict family, he never spent much time with them because he was taught to go on his own in a young age. He use to have a sister and a brother. Cauis didn't care for his brother but his sister was different she was a sweet caring one that his parents didn't seem to like or understand so Cauis helped take care of her and fed her while she was young. Caius was out searching for food one day by himself when he heard shots fire off near the distance of his fathers herd and dashed off to see what happened and when he got there he was too late, his father and mother were gone and his brother had taken off with the rest of the herd. He didn't see his sister and so he ran around the forest looking for her when he came to a hault and saw a hunter dragging his sisters dead carcase away and it was that moment that a part of Caius died inside.

From then on Caius became a loner and travelled on his own for days and one day he stopped and saw a beautiful female caribou who seemed rather angry and upset. Cauis made his way to her and she freaked out and seeing him snapping at him for anything and everything but Cauis was calm and didn't react to her anger and meerly tried to calm her down and with time he did and foudn out why she was so upset. He felt terrible for her because she reminded him of his little sister one who wanted to be loved and cared for by her herd but not accepted so Cauis decided to help her and soon the two grew closer and even fell in love but there was a problem her father would not allow her to do such a thing so they always met up in secret together so that they wouldn't get into trouble and Cauis wouldn't get chased off. Taifa managed to formulate a plan to take the herd as her own and Cauis was all for it and had no regrets in helping her with her plan. The plan was far to simple for them they would wait untill her parents died which didn't take very long and Argo and Terra became the new leaders, While time went on Terra gave birth to a young infant caribou named Tuktu who was born during there most toughest winter which is when they set there plan into action.

They ended up building the herd towards a mans farm because there was more food there, but plenty of members were killed and captured which made Terra and Argo have to do most of the work where they had to sneak into the man's farm and steal food so Taifa did the honors of leading them into the trap while Cauis led the man towards them. During there dispute the leaders were killed and it was now Caius and Taifa's turn to take lead of the herd but it was not ease for them either as they made the herd move to another area with less danger but what shocked Cauis was that Taifa had taken in her sisters young one but Cauis stood by her decision. From there they headed South which proved to be difficult for some fo them but Cauis was use to this kind of weather and soon grew to accept it and in time the reached a beautiful large forest that was big enough for there herd. The great prinice allowed them to stay in his lands just as long as they didn't cause trouble for his herd after hearing Taifa's story he felt bad for her and allowed her to stay as long as she liked. Cauis and Taifa grew to love the new land they were on and made up a plan to take it as there own during the next hard winter which there herd liked they knew they were stronger then the deer so it wouldn't be very hard.

During that time Cauis watched over his herd and his now rediculous nephew Tuktu and he couldnt stand the little imp jumping aroudn acting like a sissy it just wasn't the way of the caribou they were strong and fierce not weak and giddy like deer and he could tell Taifa felt the same but she told him a promise was a promise and she didn't break her promises so Cauis just ignored Tuktu from there on out and looked after his herd only.
