Basic Infomation
The Groundhog is a character introduced only in Bambi II.
All the young animals of the Forest, Bambi, Flower and Thumper too, gathered around the Groundhog's hole to see him coming outside. If he would see his shadow, the winter was still going, but if there was no shadow of him, spring was coming. For a lucky case, a cloud covered the sun and the Groundhog cheered because spring had finally begun.
