Thumper's mate is a rabbit and appeared only in the original Bambi.

Thumper met her after that he, Flower and Bambi finished to talk with Friend Owl in spring about the fact that they wouldn't settle down with a female, mostly because the old owl described it like something that makes you stupid, that makes you lose your mind. She was peacefully eating when she spotted Thumper jumping behind Bambi. Thumper froze when he saw her and they stayed together ever since. At the end of the movie, Thumper is seen with four little rabbits, this means that she and Thumper had kids, like Flower and Bambi did.
