Personality: Rye is a full-out independant doe - she's bright, sharp, and happy, but also quite flirtatious at times. In terms of humans, she may be considered a "country girl": she isn't afraid to get mud or dirt on her, and she despises shallow does who're stuck up. She's a bit of a tomboy, and is very difficult to offend. Clever and smart-alecy. But underneath her shell, Rye has a deep interest in a few feminine-esque things - she knows the names and uses of almost every flower, she knows almost every constellation in the sky and constantly finds more.

Likes: Playing at night, night time, new moon, looking at the stars, constellations, story-telling, exploring, blackberries, very early mornings, watching bucks fight

History: As a new-born, Rye grew up with her twin brother. She had no sister or doe friends, contibuting to her personality. She was attacked by a bear on day while playing with her brother, and her father, who they hadn't met until then, leaped from the brush and fought the bear. The bear left, and their father survived. She had her brother got to know their father for awhile until something happened and he abandon them, refusing to except them as his children. Rye eventually made a shell to put it off as if she didn't care.
