History 

 Beginning... 

Wiosna was born in a wood called Black Forest, which was also her father's birthplace.

And indeed, Wiosna had inherited the two odd traits of her father Wanderer; For one, on his legs near his hooves had grown unusual tufts of hair, and Wiosna was born with these also. For two, Wanderer liked to travel - Wiosna showed signs of being a rover from the hour she was born, in which she got up and toddled away, right out of her mother's thicket.

Her father was away often, roving for long periods of time, but visited his harem (herd, consisting of five deer; Faeiou, Wiosna, Wanderer's two aunts (Halo and Dorril) and his sister Dot) every once in a while. From Wanderer, Wiosna heard about the adventures in his rovings, and she grew up keen to be a traveller also.

In the summer of Wiosna's second year, Wanderer gathered his harem to travel with him. Wiosna and her family moved from place to place, one of these stops being Bambi's forest (the forest in which Bambi was later born); Wiosna made friends with the fawns there.

Although the first visit to Bambi's forest was sadly brief, Wiosna returned there numerous times, at first with her family, but later alone after she left her family's company and began roving solitarily, once she'd turned the age of three years. 

One week, when residing in Bambi's Forest in the autumn of her forth year, Wiosna became mates with a buck called Burro. 

Not wanting to continue to rove while in-fawn (as she soon was), Wiosna decided to stay in Bambi's Forest until after her fawn was born and old enough to travel. But when her first daughter was conceived, Wiosna had a change of mind and thought it best to lengthen her stay. 

However, until when, she could not decide.

As it turned out, her sojourn lasted until the day she died - the longest lived doe in the forest at the time. 

She had given birth to second daughter, and both her offspring had fawns of their own (her first daughter with Djenva, Cleft and Florelle). Burro had passed away three years before her.

Last Words (to her eldest daughter):

''I have not left Prince Bambi's forest to rove since before you were born. However, now I'm going on a final journey . . . But please don't wait for my return from the place I am going. When the time is right, you'll join me there...'

Relation to the Bambi Universe: Was the mother-in-law of Ronno. Use to be close friends with Mena and Bambi's, Ronno's and Faline's mothers. Also was a friend of Bunny (Thumper's mate) and lived in Bambi's forest.
