Okay, CCC-N and i were discussing that it would be a great idea if Balto I would be on a full 360 digree screen of course this would cost a lot of money and take a lot of work to do, but who agrees with us that it'd be a cool idea? You can answer a pool it see what scren format your want to see it on.

It would be cool if you can see what it's like to be there.

Yes REAL big but its gonna normal size if the two ends touch each other to form a circle it's like google maps, you can see left and right up and down.

All things considered, I'd say it's a very interesting concept.

Will a 360 degrees take almost a year to make?

I'll tell you how many 360 screens there are in the world: a total of 27, most of them in amusement and entertainment parks. (Disney World has one in their China section of EPCOT.) Now I can tell you how many tickets are sold each year for those screens: $0. They are used for entertainment purposes, or sometimes educational. The cost to build them is paid off with park admission, and filming a movie is usually done with an independent film company/producer, whose sole way of getting the money back is through park admission fees. This can be a risky business, and as such it's one that is rarely touched upon.

And one more thing: I can tell you exactly how many animated films have been made on a 360 screen: 0. How many are planned? Same number. It's just too impractical--if not flat-out IMPOSSIBLE--for an animated film to be made on a screen like that.

Wow was it that hard to make one of those 360 degree animation another cool thing is to make it 3D.

It's darn near IMPOSSIBLE to make an animated film in 360 degrees--particularly 2D animated films, since that would mean having to create one background for every screen. You can't just point a camera at a drawing and take a picture; with animated films, the camera stays in one position and it's everything ELSE that moves--making it REALLY hard to make a 360 film in that format.

And as for 3D? It's only slightly easier. To make a film in 3D two cameras have to be positioned side-by-side (with live-action), to give the illusion of depth. For a 2D animated film, this will do almost nothing, since it's just a flat drawing on a flat background. To make a 2D film into 3D, you need to use computer software that is just too expensive to be worth it for this film.

^ that is a difficult task but they probably have to invent a camera only suited for the 360 degrees screen.

Longer, it took three years to just make the first Balto

Skulblaka_Shur'tugal does make a point but it's always good to at least imagine what it'd be like
