I think this is getting out of hand, so let's sort it out right now. Alkan, you were bothered by the way he suffered before he died, and the mistreatment he endured on tour. Correct?

I think it would be better to drop the subject.

This is not getting out of hand, DT. I simply replied and gave him some information. Then a mostly private debate resulted. Re-energizing that debate in here will lead nowhere good. And, as Rio said, we need to stay on topic. Going back to interpretative differences is not going to serve the interests of this topic at all.

Mighty - trust me, as I said to DT, it was already there. And didn't result in anything worthwhile. It's best this is just dropped. As Rio suggested.

Correct. I know we all suffer to an extent a few moments before we die, but this pictures really got me distraught. This picture was certainly not the best photo of Balto and sadly it was the last. He was my hero...

Alkan, your just bringing this off-topic, not to mention flame-baiting, now stop, please. Take this to PMs. If I must, I'll request this topic to be locked.

Any more posts after this that are off topic or continuing to argue, and this will be locked. We'd rather not have to since this topic is pretty interesting. Warnings will also be sent out to ALL MEMBERS involved, so please drop it and keep to the subject.

What's unbelievable is how you think any post by me is flame baiting. Am I not allowed to have an opinion? I would appreciate a response to that question. Anybody? Is my opinion invalidated by the fact that JC doesn't like me? I need an answer, please give me one.

Additionally, Alkan was simply saying that he thought it was a sad picture, for which you, JC, tore into him like he insulted your mother. That is the most blatant example of flame baiting, not to mention rule breaking, I've seen in this thread, and it was an irresponsible post in every way. As I said before, let people have their opinions. You are not the nanny of the forums, and it's not your job to tell people what opinions they are and are not allowed to have.

The mods need to be better about recognizing this type of flame baiting from JC, and do something about it. Would any of this be happening if JC had simply ignored Alkan's post instead of telling him what he's allowed to have an opinion about? No. So where is the problem again, exactly?

Absolutely! I totally agree with you! If you have something to say, you should say it! JC and several other once previous moderators (that i will not speak names of but call anonymous) always downsize on people like you and me if we state something that ever sounds remotely off topic LOOK BELOW:
