Cheza the daughter of Sarafina And the rough NI,younger half sister of Nala, best friend of Kula was lounging on a stunning rock. Beside her was Nala. Cheza knew Nala was going to search for help, but she also knew Chumvi his mate tama and Chumvi"s sister Kula were going to leave and they were gonna ask her to come along and meet them t the halfway point. She was confused as to what to do asking her brother Baakir would be useless as he had Jama now.

((this is all before Cheza leaves to join her friend))

Ajani paced along the summit of Pride Rock, trying to think. The Pridelanders were staring to feel the pangs of hunger. He was staring to feel the pangs of hunger. He sighed and walked down to the sunning area where he hoped his mother would be. But instead, he saw Nala and a lioness he had come to know, called Cheza.

Nala looked at Ajani and smiled jumpimg down from the rocks. 'hey Ajani' Nala said

Cheza heard Ajani's voice and smiled opening her eyes. 'oh look its prince Ajani' she said giggling.

"Hey, Nala." he answered.

He turned to Cheza. "Not anymore."

Nala looked at Ajani, she did feel bad for him and that he was Scar's son but still she looked at him "I have to go find Simba" She said looking at Ajani

Cheza started to fidget "And Ajani we have become good friends, but Kula wants me to meet her and the others at the halfway point"

Ajani sighed. "I knew it was a matter of time before even you two left." he said.

Nala looked at him'your father is ruining the pride land'

Cheza looked down

"I know he is." Ajani said, a little snappishly. "I've been right there while he let the hyenas roam around free and eat all the food. There hasn't been any rain for months. The rivers have dried up and the trees have died. It was only a matter of time before everything fell into darkness. And the worst part is, I couldn't do a thing about it."

Cheza looked at Ajani and blinked "Ajani you could possibly talk to your father, i mean he is your father" She said looking at her older sister.

Nala nodded

Ajani put his head down, avoiding Cheza and Nala's eyes. "Not like he listens to me anyway. The only reason I'm alive is I'm still the only young male in the pride, for now."

Cheza looked at him and sighed then jumped off her rock and walked over to him "Ajani i really am sorry, but theres no reason for me to stay here" She said and looked at her sister "Tell mother i left alright" And with that Cheza started down pride rock

Nala looked at Ajani "And here i thought you would try and stop her"

Ajani shook his head. "I had no reason to." he said. "Everyone's eventually gonna leave, thanks to what my father did."

Nala looked at him and shook her head 'you are not your father, i just thought you cared about my sister' she replied

"I do." he said. "But I don't control what she does. She is free to make her own choices. And so are you."

Cheza looked back and sighed. she did not know if she was making the right choice.



Nala looked at Ajani and giggled 'ill be back tell my mother okay' she said walking off. 'oh and Ajani she cares about you to, and help my mom with Mheetu & Kabili my brothers okay'
