The ending was sad for me too and it got me kinda depressed.

But in B3 the ending was ehhh.

Well, I like how they where showing Balto´s memories of Aleu´s childhood. (Okay I like the idea but they shouldn´t have used the same scenes as earlier in the movie, they should have altered them a bit)

But I really like the music in that scene, I don´t know why, I just do.

If they did alter them or use different scenes then most likely people that would notice it (and trust me, it would be pretty easy to notice) would probably say "When did that happen? I don't remember that part." And that would cause some confusion among the viewers.

Also you got to remember the producers didn't exactly have a high budget, so they were limited to what they could work with. One reason why the animation was just

The endingg was very sad to me since Aleu left Balto and Jenna even though she does belong with the wolves.

I really thought the ending was just a little sad but with just an ounce of messed up stuff to go with it. Balto's last words to his daughter were nice but I was too young for me to remember now whether I cried or not. I admit I was sad but I feel sequels are just something cheesey for the kidies who only really care about a dog moving across the screen. Other than that there were parts I enjoyed. The ending should have at least made a bit more sense though.

That's basically the entire ending summed up in a nutshell! The "camera" also looks away from Balto and up towards the sky and then *drum roll please!* ..... END! That's right! After everything that happens in the movie, we don't even get a good ending! And just to add to it, there are a bunch of questions that remain unanswered!

The ending to Wolf Quest was one thing that really affected my feelings toward it.

(BTW: Sorry if I spoiled the ending for anyone!)

I loved that part of the score--best part of the entire soundtrack by far. The emotions conveyed in just those few seconds of music are breathtaking. Also, anyone looking for something similar, here's "Homecoming' by Thomas Bergersen.

I think you should. Peoples point of view shouldn't be based off what others say...

^ This is true, but I can't help but agree the ending was week. It seemed rather abrupt to me. Since the first time I saw it when it first came out.
