To be honest I really don't care, they did get together and I can't be bothered with wondering what 'might' have happened if other things did or did'nt happen, it's a story.

Then, Balto yould be very dead... Jenna followed Balto because she loved him aswell and helpend him with the attacking bear... without Jenna he would've been ... ... dead...
AND: There wouldn't be a Balto II or III

Well, they just wouldn't be mates. You know, they wasn't really "mates" in the first movie. Balto would be sad, but would just have to get over it. You cannot get the girl/boy you want everytime.. =P There would be other girls for him. Girls that moved in nome, alaska and didn't know about Balto and liked him for -him-.

I think if she didn't become his mate that they would still be really close friends seeing as he saved Rosie, so I do think there would be something special between them even if it wasn't as big as being one anothers mate.

Well Balto wouldn't probably have the same passion for finding and getting the medinice back to Nome. Who knows it mave have never gotten there.

But I think even if Jenna had spurned his affections outright he still would have tried for Rosie's sake. Balto doesn't seem like the type to put his own interests first. I think one way or the other he would have tried to help. On the other hand, there's a point to be made that if Jenna hadn't fallen in love with him he never would have even reached the medicine; the bear would have gotten him.

This was basically everything I was about to say. He probably wouldn't have had the drive to do what he did, had she not expressed any form of like or Interest in him. Old topic this is but I suppose it didn't hurt for me to chime in ^^
