Very well put, Draco. I say, this topic should be put on the Fan Character's rules (like to every fan creation related section...) when someone submits a fan character. So people won't go all "Ah, but I did not know..."

Thats hopefully the plan. I've already suggested to to Togo who suggested to Steet, so maybe the next big update we'll have a page for the character rules like fanart and images etc...
I also thing, because there are so many spam characters, we'll need to check each one before them being posted, also like fanart/images/fictions.
