Yeah, they do...perhaps it was a reference to all the other characters in colorful worlds singing "cheer-happy" songs then, whatever it is,though, it was quite nice.

I'm not really sure how they ended up that way. I guess the director, Don Bluth, had a big imagination.

Well, I would say it would sorta gets the kid's attention, since it's supposed to be a kid's movie. I also agree with Toshiko about Don Bluth having that big imagination.
