Animation Source Forums

We know that some rules have been changed and/or updated in the meantime but the only way to check them is browsing through old fan news topics, like this one - /balto/en ... /3363.html
Since Steet won't do a flying crap related to anything else but Tale Spin source, I suggest moderators doing another forum topic with updated rules. They would be easier to access and check instead of seaching them everytime in fan news.
