"Hmm..." Kevin thoughtfully ran a hand through his hair. "I was just thinking of throwing..." he turned to the human, "You have a name, talking meat?"
Looking startled at first at being addressed in such a harsh manner, it most likely took the human a moment to register what he said. Kevin hadn't used human vocals in so long, the words he uttered probably didn't sound human at all. "Levi..." It whimpered.
"Throwing Levi in the den so he can lick his wounds. They should heal soon on their own. I don't think I hurt him THAT badly..." Using his other hand, he pulled the human up so his feet were dangling above the ground slightly. He wasn't much taller than the trembling human, the wound was about eye level to him as he glanced over it. As he thought. It was almost healed already. Any pain the human now felt, was from the infection.

((Hey, Windy! Since I see we're both active again, did you want to try and bring this back or make a new one?))

Dropped to the ground with almost no care, Levi somehow avoided landing painfully. In fact, all his pain seemed to have dissipated. How could that be? His whole body did seem to ache, but surely he should be in agony. Thinking of the after effects of their attack, he wondered how his friend was doing. He looked up stiffly at her, seeing how afraid she was in her features. Terrified and in pain, Levi somehow found the nerve to speak up against their captors. "I-I want to stay with Sh-Shay." A cold, vicious look was shot at him from the creature who'd mauled then carried him here. In desperation he added quieter "Please."
The werewolf glared at him a moment longer before sharing a glance with his companion. The chances of them letting the two friends stay together seemed slim, but he had to try. Among all these wolves, he wasn't about to let himself get separated from her.

Panic surged through Shay. Her heart pounded loudly in her ears and frantic desperation encouraged her to move. She grasped at Levi, latching on to his arm. Frightened adrenaline wiped away the lingering throbbing ache that had now seeped down into her very bones. She instead focused entirely on the awful situation at hand.
They want to seperate me from Levi! Her mind screamed at her. Her breath caught in her throat but her mind raced. Levi's words might not be enough to convince them and then they wouldn't be together. Shay couldn't let that happen because Levi was her lifeline right now, the only source of familiarity in this new reality she had been violently thrust into. She took a deep breath, forcing her dry mouth to shape the words that hesitantly slipped out.
"If you d-don't keep us together," she began, swallowing and trying to ignore the shaking quality of her voice. "I-I'll tell that other wolf that you tried to a-attack us again. It's in charge, r-right?" She had seen their irritation and anger at whatever it had said, and guessed that it was the only reason they were alive. She just hoped she was right, because otherwise these terrifying creatures would turn their predatory instincts on her. "And then you'll b-be punished."
Ryan growled, the sound flat and quiet in his human throat. He bared his teeth in disgust; what was the point of this stupid, useless human form? It was weak and powerless. He met Kevin's gaze, silently asking what they should do. His hatred for the female grew alongside of his realization of the possible advantage she might have found. Would the Alpha even believe them if they argued against the humans?

(( Curses, I got way behind on reply. Sorry about that. I didn't want to make it a habit again. >.< ))

Kevin was suddenly full of rage like never before since finding these two. The human female saw through them so easily. Course the level of cowardice they had to lower themselves to upon the Alpha's arrival made it all to obvious. A pup could've figured it out. What did either their pack leader or even the two humans expect them to do? They weren't omegas, but they weren't betas either. Subordinates high enough in rank to even GET a bit of shelter, but low enough for them to be fairly small.
The alpha's ears must've been ringing. A rasping howl sounded through the trees, summoning him. He allowed himself to shift back so he could travel faster. It was rude to keep the alpha waiting after all. He turned to Ryan to communicate in their secret tongue. "The she-devil must've thought of something last minute in her senile old age. I'll see what she wants. Watch the meat while I'm gone will you?"
He noticed before he got a reply from his partner that the human he drug through the forest was attempting to stand now. It amazed Kevin that it was still alive, let alone trying to get on it's feet again. Not all humans could survive a werewolf bite, and here were two. Too stubborn to die, determined to survive, it was almost admirable. Maybe they'd be decent wolves after all. The dark colored lupine almost laughed aloud at the thought.

((It's fine. I've been rather busy as of late anyway. ^^ ))
Shay flinched as the low, unearthly howl filled the air. She was painfully on edge, every sense hyper-aware and her body as taut as a bowstring about to snap. The guttural tangle of snarls and growls that followed didn't help any, or the fact that one of their captors was a wolf again. It still seemed to surreal to believe; werewolves weren't supposed to exist outside of fiction. But here they were, terrifyingly real.
She shuffled closer to Levi, hoping that all of that meant that they wouldn't be seperated after all. It was only then that Shay noticed Levi's attempts to stand up. She slipped her left arm, the one uninjured, around his torso and under his arms to support him some. She kept her right arm tucked tightly against her side. The pain wasn't as bad as she thought it would be anymore, but it still radiated a deep ache that wasn't exactly pleasant.
"We've got to get out of here," Shay whispered, half to herself. They were injured and outnumbered, but maybe after they rested a bit they could try to come up with some sort of escape plan. Shay was starting to hate just sitting around being scared, which was what her life seemed to be full of right now.
Ryan couldn't help but smirk. Senile she-devil was right. If he was being honest, he hated the alpha and her lenience and...well, most everything about her, really. Someone truly powerful should be leader, with a strong jaw, sharp teeth, and solid muscles. Instead he was led by an old she-wolf who was graying at the muzzle and who was scarred from battles long-past.
He nodded in response, a sharp dip of the head, before facing the two humans. A growl rose in Ryan's throat instinctively and he bared his teeth in a snarl. But the sound was so weak and fragile in this human throat that he soon stopped. His teeth were too flat to do any damage anyway. Honestly. His wolf form was so much stronger, so much more powerful.
He shot the two runts a fierce glare. "Meat," he snarled, ignoring the fact that it sounded so much less intimidating in this form. "There is nothing I want more than to rip your throats out and end your stupid, useless lives right now. So stay put and don't make any sounds, because I'll probably give in and bite."
