Alright, so if you take all of those, it leaves Balto, Kaltag, Star, Jenna, Sylvie and Dixie? Did I do that right?

Okay, so Arcticwolf56 is barred. Moving on.

For the sled team, Steele was originally the lead dog, but he's gonna get displaced. I'm pretty sure there was a reason Star was the swing dog immediately following Steele, so he would probably become the lead dog. What do you think? Then we have Nikki and Kaltag. That's only 4/7 of the team. I think we're going to need OCs for them, or maybe they should remain minor characters?.

As for Balto, is he going to be on a sled team, is he just going to hang around with Jenna, or did you have something else in mind?

I can go with that! So Star would be the lead dog once Steele is replaced? And also, I don't think the rest of the sled team will be too important so they can just be minor characters (but still our own OC's so they get a place in this).

As for Balto, I'm not sure.. What do you think would be best? I want him to have a part in this too. Maybe we can do like Steele and the sled dogs then we have a separate paragraph for Balto and Jenna and such, then mingle the two somewhere along the roleplay? What do you think?

OH! You just gave me an idea! Since Balto led Steele's team to Nome, the musher would probably want, or at least try, to get Balto on his team. Now imagine if Steele then had to run in the same team behind Balto? Ultimate conflict! Ultimate humiliation! But, I still think Star should get the lead position. What do you think?

So, for the sled team OCs, we're going to need at least one more team dog and two more wheel dogs. Which of them would you like to take?

BTW, I was looking over the official character list, and the musher isn't there. Looks like I'll have to make an OC for him as well. I'll get started working on him.

That would be a great idea! Have Star lead the team and have Steele run behind Balto. Definitely would cause conflict!

Mr. Simpson is the musher from WOC, and appears to be of Native descent. The musher in the first movie looked very Scandinavian (to me).

I'll design the two wheel dogs. I've got an idea for them.

So, I'm working on the musher's profile, and I started wondering about his relation to Balto. I would like your input since you will be controlling him.

Name: Kris Jensen

Age: 39

Gender: Male

Nationality: Swedish

Occupation: Contractual Musher, Kennel Co-owner

Residence: Nome, AK

Traits: Brave, cool, calculated, driven, proud, slightly manipulative.

Likes: Beer, dogs, mushing, smoked salmon, starry nights.

Bio: Kris Jensen grew up in a farming community in Sweden. He relocated to Alaska in 1900 to pursue the Nome Gold Rush. While his own prospecting efforts failed miserably, he learned mushing and made a fortune transporting goods for prospectors and miners in the territory surrounding Nome. With the money, he bought a house and settled in Nome, where he partnered with a Koyukon Athabaskan man to start a sled-dog kennel.
Business was very slow at first. So, the partners began taking turns managing the kennel and winning contracts and competitive races. As the duo made their existence known, business began to grow. Soon, sourdoughs and greenhorns alike were visiting the kennel to buy well-bred dogs.
A few years later, Kris's partner was married and had a family. From then on, he stayed in town and managed the kennel while Kris fulfilled contracts and entered competitions.

Relation to Balto:
Balto's Musher

Kris was in town when the diphtheria epidemic struck. Seeing an opportunity to boost his kennel's business, he volunteered to retrieve the shipment of antitoxin from the train in Nenana.
When his lead dog, Steele, panicked and led the team off the trail, Kris suffered a serious head injury.
When he woke up in the Nome Doctor's Office, Kris was stunned to learn that Balto, the local stray hybrid, had found and led his team back to Nome. He had no knowledge, and no one thought to tell him, that his lead dog had not arrived with the team.

At this point, I am unsure what to do. I feel like the musher would seek out the dog that saved his life, and try to get him on his team. I have some ideas for that, but I feel like I would be auto-ing if add them, since they pertain to your character. Perhaps that part of the story should be in the RP? What are your thoughts?

I like the idea that he'd try to get Balto on his team. What are your ideas? You don't have to go into detail, just like a brief example/summary, so I know whether it's okay or not. 'cause if I know beforehand and like it, I can definitely add it into the story pertaining Balto.

I'm sorry I haven't responded for so long.

After thinking on it for a while, I think the part where the musher gets Balto on his team should be in our RP. ( It would give us another point of contention to play with )

I have also written the profiles for the wheel dogs, and (finished?) the musher.
