"Come on you lazy dogs! Run this course like your tail was on fire, because it will be if you don't do it right!" The drill instructor shouted at the dogs, who were running an obstacle course built to increase stamina and speed.

Seeing the dogs starting to take off, Zero quickly got up with them and ran near the middle of the pack. He had run a lot at home, so he was used to this sort of thing, and he imagined some of the obstacles as things he used to do or avoid.

The dog stopped barking for a second, while another dog took over and focused his attention on Ace who was coming towards him. "Well, well, look who's back finally, and he brought friends too huh?"

"Yeah, only two, Zero over there, and a dalmatian who's somewhere around here." Ace said, watching Zero do his run.

"Kid has some talent, time will tell if he'll be a good soldier or not," the dog said.

"Well, he's got something worth fighting for." Ace replied

"Then that's all I need to hear," he turned back to the trainees, "All right you maggots, drop and give me 20, let's go hup one hup two..."

Hearing the command, Zero was quick to start his push-ups. Just like when Charlie had to quickly order him when they were doing a fun heist and he had to be top speed...
