"MY BABIES!" Kami yelped in worried "Where they are lord Malvon?"Kami asked. looking at him

Lord Malvon's head flicked round when he heard Kami's cry. He bounded towards her.' Stay there, Mrs Kami. I'll find them!'

Then he lept off.

Meanwhile, Zima was still looking for the fawns, unknown to her that a large buck was standing above the two, eyes glinting with interest but anger too.

Meanwhile, Lughooey was leading young Ammet and Juliet into a copse of thick-growing junipers.
The big buck lowered his head so as to prevent the branches entangled in his antlers from getting caught in the juniper boughs above.

Just before stepping onto a narrow path through the trees, Lughooey halted stiffly.
'Ah,' he said. 'Oh dear.'

Personality: is easily excited and flustered, dislikes being called a coward (can get really angry if anybody does call her one), is a ''royalist'' and enjoys hearing news about Prince Bambi and his family

Kami nodded "Yes sir"She said.

Meanwhile Oihana and Jasper were still worried about thier lives and thier parents.

Malvon found Zima and Tytain ( who now had bothered to help her look for the fawns) in the glen. He ran to his daughter.' Zima, where are the fawns? I heard a noise.'

'The fawns, Father?' Zima said, eyes wide.' I haven't a clue. They ran off and....'

There came another rumbling noise and then a loud bray.

The buck who was watching the fawns suddenly reared. It thrashed it's legs at the helpless fawns.

The fawns gasped that they saw the buck next to them. They were worried about thier parents.

The buck was about to hit at Jasper when something hit him in the side.
The buck roared with pain as his attacker, a dark buck, kicked at it's sides and then pulled it down.
Leaves and stones were sent flying as the two huge bucks fought.

Zima's head appeared through the bushes.' Quick, Jasper! Oihanna! My father will deal with it! Follow me!'

Then she disappeared, hoping that the fawns would follow.

Jasper and Oihana gasped and then they saw Zima. The fawns both nodded and dashed in running and they were following Zima.

Zima led them away from the forest and back to the glen where Kami was.

Lord Malvon watched as the large buck got up. Malvon waited.'What are you doing here? Who are you?'
But instead of answering, the buck charged at him.

The fawns were running to thier mother and nuzzled her. Kami was so happy to see her kids , safe and sound.

Zima smiled, but it fell when she thought of her father still fighting that buck. He would not want her to go near. But was he okay? Zima stood watching Kami and her fawns, then she turned and went back to where her father and the buck had been fighting. To her surprise they were gone! Zima stood there,motionless.

Kami still nuzzled her children. She was really worried about them and also Albus too. Oihana and Jasper smiled at thier mother.

Ammet sidled up to Juliet. She was licking off the red berry juice which covered much of her muzzle.

'Juliet, the path we are about to use is ... really secret,' said the little fawn quietly, pausing from her licking. 'You need to promise not to tell anybody about it.'

'Quite right,' said Lughooey, with a small cough. 'Dead secret path. Nobody but the family knows.'

Ammet and her father waited for Juliet's reply...

Kami still smiled at her children, she missed them so much. and she didn't want to have troubles with her fawns again.

Juliet nodded. "Okay, I won't tell a soul," she said softly.

Zima returned to Kami and her fawns, looking puzzled. She walked up to the doe and hid her puzzled face under a awkward smile. "Is Jasper and Oihana okay?" Zima asked Kami.
