Saw Italy trounce Bulgaria in men's volleyball today while getting my hair cut. Very nice, that! Being part Italian (and not having a lick of Bulgarian in me), it was nice to see the boys take 'em! The last spike was epic!

NBC cut 51 minutes, 23 seconds from their closing ceremony broadcast. It was 3:08:10 long, so NBC showed you 73% of what actually happened. They cut out Muse and The Who.... BBCA should have broadcasted these games...

Roi Doberwolf wrote: Thanks for posting the final medal count, Conay. My mom and I were wondering what they were, but didn't know where to look to get 'em. xD Most sites like the BBC, NBC, NYT, London 2012, etc. have them (in fact, Googling 'Olympic medal table 2012' brings up the results on Google). You've got to be careful, though. Sites like NBC and NYT rank countries in order of total medals, as opposed to number of golds.
