well it looked like scar got burnt up because in the second movie Nuka says that the place was creeper since the hyena's ran off

Scar was killed becuase he was engulfed by the flames and most likely the hyenas eat him. Hyenas feed on the week in the wild so it is actually possible. Or like everyone else said he's now a rug XD for simba.

I think the movie made quite obvious that the hyena pack ate him alive. So, the body was eaten. Probably every bit of it except the bones, because the pack was starving. As for the bones...I'd imagine the hyenas either took them with them to chew on them, (after all Scar was their enemy now), or his remains were cleared some other way out of sight.
I doubt Simba would've given him any sort of burial, though.

i think Scar's body was eaten but the hyenas but his spirit stayed to see that Kovu kill Simba and the Pridlanders. Because TLK 2 has half of Kovu's face as Scar's in the reflection in the river.

I think that was just Kovu's own imagination - him at the exile reflecting on just how much he at that point "was" Scar. Had "killed" his own brother, had a scar over his eye and was now literally Simba's enemy.

They did make it quite clear in the movie that the hyenas devoured him.

When the flames started roaring near the end, you also saw a shadow showing him being attacked by the hyenas.
