Which do you prefer? Lady & the Tramp 1 or 2? I personally prefer 2. It has both Lady and Tramp, and it has a girl who is not a complete brat, but is actually sweet and nice ^^

First one for me, the second one was pathetic in my opinion.

I personally prefer the second film better. Mostly because the film has better visual quality, more HD. It has better color and things are a lot more smoother.
As for story-wise, I like both.

I like the first movie the best.

I agree,The spaghetti scene in the first Lady and The Tramp is fantastic,and the spaghetti scene in Lady and The Tramp Two,is good.

Honestly, I prefer Lady and the Tramp 2. It was one of the first movies I watched as a child, and it got me into dogs. I watched the first much later

First movie for me. Scamp annoyed me a bit in the second movie.

I LIKED the second movie, but I prefer the original, it touched me more then LATT2. But that might just be me.

No doubt about it. The first.
The animation was better [as it usually is with lame animation in sequels], and the story is amazing! I first saw it when I was very young.
Even though it's kinda sad [pound scene obviously], it impacts you that way. It's a moving film, that I feel the sequel didn't do it justice.
The second I do find okay however. Better than most sequels I've seen.

The first and original. why? cause its such a sweet movie. the music is VERY memorable. especcially that first introduction song. i always start humming it even though i dunno lyrics. i just know the melody and i love it. plus it was so much more.. relaxing to watch, the story was pretty amazing and WHO doesnt know lady and the tramp? the spaghetti scene is famous all over the world and used in so many shows and such. comedy n all but still. and im SURE there wasnt any singing.. unlike the sequel. il be honest when i heard scamp sing i just pressed STOP instantly like NOPE! No way.. aint doing that.. and it didnt take me 3 weeks before i was able to just watch it and see the rest.. and it was a Okay film i wouldnt call it bad. it was nice. but i still love the original.. especially since the ending upset me, i know no one died or out but seeing poor.. (kay i gonna hit myself tonight if i dont remember his name..) that great dane.. when he got ran over (Reminder. this is what i THINK happened. i aint seen the movie in months.) i got quite upset and then i was SO happy to see him okay afterwards. it was a nice movie and really romantic and tells a good thing to people. =3

Though one of the most terrifying scenes I've ever seen, the aftermath made it one of my favorite scenes in a film as well.

The first and second were pretty good, but I think the second was best, it tied in very well, with the first in my opinion, plus I'm a big Angel fan.

How do so many people like the second better than the original? 0.o Nothing beats the first movie, with me. With ADGTH, Balto(definitely), and definitely this.

Not that I hate LATT 2, but c'mon don't tell me that the Spaghetti Scene in the second was better than the first. Yes, it was cute, Scamp was totally all slobbery and messy about it, but seriously, nothing will ever beat that first movie.

Characters: I agree with Roi, the characters from the first stay pretty much the same as they were in the first. But I feel that Scamp's sisters are shallow and... meh. :/

Story: Pretty... iffy in the second movie. Honestly, I don't like it much. He runs away from home. Why didn't they go AFTER HIM? Wonderful parents he's got there. He comes back, along with a girl puppy. Yaay, story over.

Music: Music, well it's music. Not much too it. I like the songs, I do, but the first still has the better music, especially the song that plays during their Spaghetti and Park Walk scene. :]

My point: In 99% of movies, the first is the best, and the sequels, while normally decent, with a few exceptions, *coughBALTOcough* never match up to the quality of the first.

I must add that I agree on his sisters. Granted yea, it IS called 'Scamp's Adventure', but I would've liked to see more of his sisters in it.
Even though they seemed snobby and the one had a weird laugh... both characteristics that usually annoy me. But I felt there was not much point in them being in it.
They didn't do or say much, as if their soul purpose in the film was to show more misery that Scamp had run off.



Kid runs off. Dad follows. ...pack gets involved... why is this starting to sound familiar and why am I now just realizing this?
At least Scamp not being all 'RAWR!' about his heritage and reasons were more reasonable.

...though now that you mention this point, it seems kinda lame that he'd just take off like that.
Then again he was just a pup [AGAIN, more reasonable since that's how kids act when they're upset].

I JUST noticed that! It i very similar to that! Even though the reasons were different it is such a similar story!

And I agree with you all completly.

And I think I prefer the first movie. Not the second.
