Peg is my favorite. She took up for Lady, and she is kind. I also like Boris, because he's wise.

Bull all thy way.
(I don't know why, but, his personality and design and everything was well-thought through by the animators, though, I'd say there are other way more detailed characters throughout the movie.)
My second would be Peg.
I literally downloaded the song, 'He's a Tramp by Peggy Lee, because not only do I like Peg's voice actor, I also like her voice.
(I think they chose the right voice actor for Peg; and there's no denying it!)

I like Pedro. I'm not sure exactly why, but I just adore chihuahuas; and his accent is stunning.
His design also looks well-done; and I like that he has a hair-tuff, even though I've gotten tired of seeing so many characters with tuffs.

Peg, she's awfully sweet to Lady and I love her singing. Boris is second, a thoughtful philosopher.

I would say Dachsie.
Reason behind this is; I saw Lady and the Tramp when I was quite young, and at school - one of my favorite "pass-the-time" activities would be just digging in the dirt with a stick or something. It was just calming to not have to talk to anyone and actually be doing something (I was anti-social).
In the movie, I love how the dirt just kind of "flows" around Dachsie if you get what i'm saying. I also really like his voice & accent.
Second would be Boris.

Mine is Peg because her song He's A Tramp is 1 of my favourite Disney songs overall. It reminds me of Kiss The Girl from The Little Mermaid.
