All of the Outlanders look strikingly similiar to Vitani? I could barely tell the difference between her and her fellow Outsiders... they've got the same build, same drak circles around their eyes... same tufts of hair... same evil look to them... I could go on. Unless Zira's got an indestructible womb, I don't think this was necessary XD

It was probably so the audience could tell the Outlanders from the Pridelanders... but goodness. Find some other way, will ya?

You're probably right that it was done so viewers could tell the difference, and it kind of makes some degree of sense (well, some of the features do). For instance their skinny build suggests poor eating. This would likely be so because no one banishes someone to superior hunting grounds (unless that someone is an antelope). The evil look makes sense too, because they were all somewhat nasty, even if some were worse than others. The dark circles... lack of sleep from having to hunt more to survive?
I'll admit there could have been a little more imagination, but riddle me this: how would you do it?

If you look carefully, there are certain lionesses with characteristics that make them different from Vitani. Vitani was the only one with a hairtuft (even tho it wasn't that big when she got older) but one lioness had an injured eye, another had torn ears, one had spots under one eye, some of them had two-toned eye markings, some had one-toned eye markings, and the majority of them were different shades. Most of them appear again and again, so they must've been paying at least SOME attention to their appearances XD The Pridelanders are worse tho, when it comes to figuring out who's who. In the first movie, however, all of the lionesses had different facial structures, but they didn't go through that much trouble in this movie.

Why are you complaining about the outlanders not looking different? At least they don't all look exactly the same besides the main characters like the pridelanders do. Here are some examples of what I mean...

Hmmm..... I think they look just fine.

Pridelanders:5 orange, 4 nala color, 7 grayish colored ones......GET NEW COLORS!
Outsiders-A vitani color a 2 or 3 grayish ones a zira color,some have darker stripes go down their heads and backs, a light red male with a black screwed up main(i think we all know im talking about Nuka)another male with brown fur and dark brown main with a flip at the top(kovu ofcorse.....)
What I'm saying is the pridelanders look exactly alike and the outsiders look nothing alike.

I think Disney was getting lazy with their animation.

maybe or maybe they just wanted to show the same charicterists like with the pridelanders and the hyenas
