Oh no! It is the start menu. =(
I thought it was the Windows 8 style desktop (A the thing that said "desktop" was the Windows 7 style desktop)
When I get back on my Windows 8 computer I'll update it to the actual desktop. Thanks for pointing that out! And you're welcome.
