Quite often, it had themes and situations which were aimed at an older audience. Well Ren & Stimpy might've not been considered a children's cartoon, but it's what I watched when I was a kid, so it's, in a way,
a children's TV program to me. And I was just wondering, would Rocko's Modern Life not be considered a children's TV program either because of some of the adult humor it had?
