I know everyone has a favourite scene (or scenes) in movies, but with HTTYD, it can vary a lot for each person :3 So I want to know, what's your favourite?

Personally, my favourites include the scene right near the end when Hiccup wakes up to find Toothless in his house and descovers he has lost a leg. The bond between Toothless and Hiccup is most visible at this point in my eyes, they support each other. My other favourite is when Toothless watches Hiccup draw then copies him, it's just a beautiful scene < 3

I love the scenes where Hiccup and Toothless started bonding, especially the grass scene and the part where they're sitting on the cliff side, Toothless eating the fish right after their flight and Toothless breathed fire, and Hiccup was like 'Oh C'mon!' And the little dragons come up to them and Hiccup gives one a fish and is like 'everything we know about you guys is wrong'... that's prolly my favorite scene from the whole movie. (:

The one that comes to me first is definitely at the end when Hiccup finds that he's lost a leg. The bond between him and Toothless... that friendship is just so strong. And to me it's a rather touching scene.

For me my favorite scenes are when Hiccup tries to become friends with Toothless, the ride Hiccup and Astrid have, and when Hiccup brings the fire dragon (I forget what it's called. ) out of it's cage and places Snotlout's hand on it.

I love the end scene where Hiccup discovers his missing leg as well, but I also really like the
scene where they're chillin' and eatin' fish when some terrible terrors try to steal some fishes.

I find that I always go for the big fight scenes in the end though. ...sooo... that's probably my fav.

My favourite scenes are;

1. When Hiccup first meets Toothless, tries to kill him, but can't do it and sets him free.
2. When Hiccup draws Toothless and Toothless starts drawing. One of my favourite parts in this scene is when Hiccup steps on a line and Toothless growls.. It made me laugh
3. When they're on the cliff, eating fish and then the little dragons come up and try to get some fish. I just love that scene, its adorable when one of them falls asleep next to Hiccup and Hiccup starts petting it.
4. The flight scene where Hiccup and Astrid are riding Toothless.
5. The fight scene.
6. The scene where Hiccup realises he lost a leg, and Toothless is in his house.

i have 3 favs 1: were hiccup and toothless first meet were hiccup cuts him free and just after he flys away were hiccup walks away and then faints 2: just after when astrid runs away after finding out what hiccups doing and then hicup say " duh duh duh were dead" 3: when ruffnut (or toughnutt im still confused of which one the girl and boy ) gets hurt by the terrible terror and gos on the floor saying " oh im hurt i am very much hurt"

my fav scene isn't so much the part where hiccup realizes his leg is gone because that was depressing. but it was when toothless helped him get up and walk on his prosthetic leg just has hiccup had helped toothless fly on his prosthetic tail half, and how (i think) the limbs they were missing where on the same side, that was really deep.

Also I loved the scene were Hiccup was supposed to be fighting the dragon to kill him, and in front of everyone he stopped, I loved the way the dragon looked at him.

The "test drive" scene was nice too

The Opening scene and the introduction to berk as well as the outro

and lastly that scene with hiccup and toothless everyone loves.

I just about keeled over when Hiccup drove back the Zippleback with a smoked eel. "Back. Back! Don't make me tell you again..."

I can't name just one, so my favs are: when they touch for the first time, they go on the romantic flight, Astrid meets Toothless for the first time, when Toothless opens his wings to reveal Hiccup, and Toothless and Hiccup's first official flight where Hiccup's cheat sheet is blowing and he can't see it correctly so he throws it a does great at steering without it.

When Hiccup holds out his hand and Toothless accepts it. Also when Toothless helps Hiccup walk with his fake leg. Very sweet. ^^

Okay so first, my favorite scene for music would be test drive first, because of the amazing horn part, then the scene with the forbidden friendship music- the scene moving from daytime until dusk is pretty cool.
For content it would either be the part where hiccup and the gang swoop in to battle the green death, or the romantic flight scene (omg shiiipping!!!!)
animation would have to be the beginning chunk where all of the dragons are introduced.

ooooh, i love love love the scene where hiccup is drawing and toothless copies him. it was so touching, i think i cried when i saw it ;]

Yea, that is part of the Forbidden Friendship scene. Toothless copies Hiccup's drawing, then they both touch.

My favs are: The romantic flight scene, the forbidden friendship scene, at the end where Toothless helps Hiccup with his leg, and near the end where Toothless unfurls his wings to reveal Hiccup safe *Fangirl screen cuz you realize Hiccup is okay*
