I've seen quite a few topics with this question.
'In Lion King 2, is it just me or is Zira smiling when she falls off the cliff?'
Yes! She is.. and I think I know why. Take a look at this clip I found on youtube.

This was a cut scene from the orignal script! She acually commits suicide.
So.. what I thought is that they went with this scene.. and thought it wouldn't be good for the kids, switched it to her falling and never took the smile away.
I could be wrong.. but this is a great find!

Yeah, she is smiling! And I think although kids would have watched it, they should have kept that scene.

For obious reasons it was cut. Sucide in a kids movie...and disney? Too dark. It dosnt freak ME out but still..

I can see why it would be too dark for the kids. It kind of creeped me out a little...

I just saw the clip and I was really creeped out! I'm kinda glad that they didn't put it in the movie, it would've scared the kids a little bit. Heck, I'm almost 14, so I shouldn't be creeped out at that kind of stuff, but HOLY CRUD, that was creepy!

CRUD THIS COMP DOESN'T HAVE SOUND!!!
Could someone tell me what Zira said before she commited suicide?
And by the way, I'm 13, and even without sound that clip freaked teh Hell outta me!  xD
