I'm a little busy at the moment but, if you wish your topic to be seen by more people, I'm sure that Kirbieness, ThankU and marillon954 are the ones where you can direct your Topic with the high definiton poster. I've seen it in the Forum and commented it ;D
You don't have to feel, how can I say, ignored if few people see/comment in there, mostly is because the Forum is not that active as it used to be, same with some Sources, as you can see, Brother Bear Source still have some activity but it's very little compared, for example, to Balto Source or The Lion King Source.

The "no theft!" rule is when you post artwork made by others and claim it for yourself, you don't give copyrights and say that you've made it yourself even if it's clear that you've stole it. It is not your case since you only wanted to share a high quality poster c:
Even me and another moderator (at that time, she was still an user) posted concept art and model sheets and there were no problems since we both linked the place from where the drawings were taken from. Like you want to do, we shared those concepts and model sheets.
These are the topics, in case you're interested to see what I mean (I can only write the title as we can't put links in profiles): "Rutt and Tuke concept art" and "BB2: Model Sheets *IMAGE HEAVY*".
So, as I said, there should be no problems with you posting that poster as long as you link the original source and that, of course, you don't claim that you're the one that made the poster :'D
