Kisaragi one of the four generals of a large pack in Mutsu. He traps Ben's platoon in a valley and leaves them to starvation. Kisaragi already forced the fifth platoon to join his pack. The platoon leader Teri betrays him, but is once again defeated and this time Kisaragi blinds him. Kisaragi returns to his pack to fight against Ben's platoon who are trying to escape during the storm, but the fight is interrupted by bears who have kileld Teri when the two pack were fighting against each other. Both packs join in a fight against bears. Kisaragi finally appreciates Ou dogs' courage and loyality and the next day he joins them.

Kisaragi doesn't appear in Ginga Densetsu Weed anime, but his sons are. He appears in the manga he's already an old dog and plays a minor role.
