Leader of a wild dogs pack in Misty Mountains. Because of Sniper's betrayal, Moss believed that it was Ben and his dogs who attacked and wounded his son Jaguar and killed Lloyd while Ben believed that Moss had killed Gin and Smith who went after Sniper. The two packs begin to fight, but after Gin and Jaguar come back, Moss is defated by ben and his packs joins Ou. Moss takes care of Chibi untill Cross gives birth to her pups and takes Chibi under her care.

In Ginga Densetsu Weed Moss is and old soldier who lives in Shikoku with Musashi. He joins Weed's army later in the anime.

In the manga Moss is killed in Hokkaido in a fight against army dogs from Russia.
